КЛИНИЧЕСКИЕ ПРОЯВЛЕНИЯ ГЕРПЕТИЧЕСКОЙ ИНФЕКЦИИ У ВИЧ ИНФИЦИРОВАННЫХ ДЕТЕЙ

Abstract
Data on research of clinical display of herpetic infection in HIV infected children is provided in the article. Clinical examination of 57 children with HIV infection of age from 1 to 15 was conducted. Number of boys comprised about 71.93 % - 41 person, and girls were about 28.07 % - 16 people. Comparison group contained 23 HIV infected children without herpetic infection of the same age. Laboratory methods included general analysis of blood, urine, stool, study of immune status and the level of C4 cells. Serological: according to LIA method, in the blood antibodies to cytomegalovirus and to the herpes simplex virus were indicated. It is shown that concomitant diseases with formation of complications and progressive immunodeficiency worsened the course of disease of herpetic infection in children with HIV infectionand led to severe recurrent status of the patient.
