Abstract
У статті проведено аналіз співвідношення категорій «людський потенціал» і «людський капітал», розглянуті їх особливості як об’єктів оцінювання. Побудована когнітивна модель для визначення факторів, що впливають на ефективність капіталізації людського потенціалу, набутого в результаті професійного навчання лінійних менеджерів.
