Abstract
The scientific principles of formation of institutionalism as a complex socio-economic formation are revealed. The objective necessity of creating an effective institutional structure of regulation of land relations in the agrarian sector of Ukrainian economy is substantiated. The perspective scheme of formation of the institutional mechanism of regulation of land relations is proposed.
