Kompetencje informatyczne pracowników instytucji pomocy i integracji społecznej

Abstract
Pracownicy instytucji pomocy i integracji społecznej, tak jak inne grupy zawodowe, w swoich codziennych obowiązkach zawodowych korzystają z technologii informacyjno- komunikacyjnej, zarówno w kontaktach międzyorganizacyjnych, jak i komunikując się z osobami objętymi opieką tych instytucji. Poziom kompetencji w tym obszarze, jakość wyposażenia stanowisk pracy i realizowane programy szkoleniowe w ogromnym stopniu wpływają na efektywności działania tych instytucji. Opracowanie prezentuje wyniki badań tych zagadnień w odniesieniu do wybranej grupy pracowników instytucji pomocy i integracji społecznej województwa śląskiego. Wyniki analizy mogą być podstawą dla tworzenia programów szkoleń dla pracowników, pracodawców i innych podmiotów zaangażowanych w procesy szkoleniowe.
