КОНЦЕПТУАЛІЗАЦІЯ ТИМЧАСОВОГО ВИЛУЧЕННЯ МАЙНА В КРИМІНАЛЬНОМУ ПРОВАДЖЕННІ

Abstract
The specifics and problems of the grounds for temporary seizure of property in criminal proceedings in Ukraine are analyzed; the content of the concept of “temporary seizure of property” is determined and the emphasis is placed on the necessity of an effective mechanism for the provision of property rights of a person. The prospects of the mechanism of ensuring the property rights of a person in the application of measures of procedural coercion, in particular, temporary seizure of property in criminal proceedings, are formulated, as well as proposals are made to improve the current legislation and legal practice on the specified issues.
