РОЛЬ ГРОМАДСЬКИХ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЙ У ЗАПОБІГАННІ КОРИСЛИВО-НАСИЛЬНИЦЬКІЙ ЗЛОЧИННОСТІ НЕПОВНОЛІТНІХ (ДОСВІД США ТА КРАЇН ЄВРОПЕЙСЬКОГО СОЮЗУ)

Abstract
The article is about the experience of selfish-violent juvenile delinquency prevention in the United States and the European Union. The article examines the experience of leading EU countries and USA, where juvenile delinquency is less and, accordingly, prevention of selfish-violent juvenile delinquency is effective and widely used. The author's attention is drawn to various preventive measures, which are realized on the basis of experience of different countries. The crime of minors, in particular, the maltreatment of selfish-violent juvenile delinquency, has become relevant in recent years. That is why in the article the author is invited to use the experience of foreign countries, where there is a positive dynamics regarding the prevention of juvenile delinquency. In particular, it is proposed to draw attention to the involvement of public organizations and the population of our state in Ukraine to implement measures to prevent juvenile delinquency, except police and other bodies of state power. The article also focuses on the creation of a municipality police, which may also be involved in preventive measures. The implementation of the experience of the leading countries of Europe and the USA makes it possible to determine the positive dynamics of the reduction of selfish-violent juvenile delinquency in Ukraine and the interaction of citizens with state authorities on a partnership basis in order to implement preventive measures.
