Abstract
Krylenko V.I., Derkach T.V. Conceptual approaches to typology of regional economic systems. The article deals with conceptual approaches to the typology of regional economies. Presented typology of regional economies with taking into account peculiarities of their functions in the sphere of institutional design allows to overcome the differences between the equilibrium approach to economic growth and concepts of imbalanced development, ensure the unity of the main targets of regional development and economic agents in the sphere of regional economy. The presented typology of mesoeconomic systems with peculiarities of their functions in the sphere of institutional design allows to overcome the differences between the equilibrium approach to economic growth and concepts of imbalance development, as agents of contract relations, aggregated in the "points of growth" and characterized by the unity of the main targets, act as subjects of institutional design, aimed at forming of institutional space frame. Dissipation of institutions provides alignment and unification of the institutional environment, and also promotes the evolution of proto institutes in related mezo economic systems according to the forward direction of development. Dissipative meso economic entities may act as "pilot" regions experience of which is used within the institutional design of national economic space in general. Is proved that further studies should be directed to justification of models and methods of the development of regional economies in modern conditions of economic transformation.
