Abstract

Kupchyshina O.A. The modern state of agricultural sector of Mykolaiv region as a basis for the formation of regulatory policy in the field. It is proved that agrarian production plays a key role in the Mykolaiv region. This is evidenced by the tendency of the growth of the share of production produced in the region in the total volume of agricultural products of Ukraine for 1995 - 2016. The agrarian orientation of the Mykolayiv region is also evidenced by the higher than the total agricultural production in Ukraine prices in 2010 per one person (7,7 thousand UAH in Mykolaiv region and 5,6 thousand UAH in Ukraine for 2015). This indicator also shows a tendency to increase. The growing role of agrarian production in the economy of Ukraine and Mykolayiv region is also evidenced by the tendency of gross value added (GVA) produced in agriculture: if in 2010 the share of agriculture, forestry and fisheries in the airborne aviation industry was 8.4%, then in 2015 It exceeded 14%. An important feature of the institutional forms of Ukrainian agrarian production, which should be taken into account when developing regulatory policy measures in the agricultural sector, is that a significant amount of agricultural products is produced in private farms. For the period from 2000 to 2015, the share of products produced in agricultural enterprises did not exceed 60% of the total production and did not reach the level of 1995 - 54,1% for Ukraine and 62,7% for Mykolaiv region. Such data indicate that there is a potential for the development of forms of institutionalization that would stimulate the rural population to create new villages. enterprises. The main form of agricultural enterprises in Ukraine in recent years is the farm, which occupies about 70% of the total number of enterprises. At the same time there is a decrease in the total number of s.-g. enterprises in Ukraine, and farms. Key words: agrarian sector, national economy, institutionalization, regulatory policy, volume of agrarian products.
