КОНТРОЛЬ СОДЕРЖАНИЯ МАГНИТНОГО ЖЕЛЕЗА В ПУЛЬПОВЫХ ПРОДУКТАХ РУДООБОГАТИТЕЛЬНОЙ ФАБРИКИ

Abstract
Experimental studies of using ponderomotive method was conducted for determination of iron magnetic content in pulp products of iron ore-dressing plants, also was offered the improvement of ponderomotive method that allows to control magnetic iron content in samples more efficiently. Expediency of control of magnetic iron content in waste products of the first stage of magnetic separation was established, that was caused by considerable increase of iron in waste product as compared to the second and third stages. As compared to traditional methods (chemical analysis) the offered method of operative control of magnetic iron content in pulp products will allow to considerably decrease resource and temporal expenses on determination of iron magnetic content in pulp products of the first stage of magnetic separation, will give possibility to make adjustments during the technological process in case of finding deviation from defined parameter of iron magnetic content and will improve the quality of the concentrate, and reduce the loss in the magnetic iron in tailings.
