THE FORMATION OF TECHNICAL CULTURE IN THE PROCESS OF PROFILE TRAINING OF FUTURE SPECIALISTS FOR NAVIGATION - AS THE FOUNDATION OF BASIC COMPETENCIES OF HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS

Abstract
In this study, we identified the major elements of formation of technical culture in the process of profile training of future specialists in navigation, introduced of formation of technical culture as the Foundation of basic competencies of high school students. We noted that the quality of high school students "engineering culture" plays a significant role in the formation of her character and behaviour, attitudes and relationships of man and machine.
