Koszty kongestii w Unii Europejskiej

Abstract
In March this year, the European Commission has published a study report on urban mobility in terms of urban accessibility. Within these studies, the costs of congestion in each Member States of the European Union have been estimated. In this article, against the background of theoretical considerations, the most important results and conclusions of the study are presented.
