Abstract
Criminological aspects of the right to Necessary Defence are researched. The research of a problem of the person which has exceeded limits of Necessary Defence is offered to consider in the form of the following stages: 1) formation of individual and social (group) negative conditions and circumstances at interaction with a concrete reality situation; 2) a lack, an inefficiency of external positive influence on the individual; 3) influence on the individual by the differentiated conditions of crime system; 4) exceeding of limits of Necessary Defence; 5) self-identification of the individual.
