Kształcenie zawodowe dla potrzeb praktyki - założe-nia a rzeczywistość

Abstract
Kształcenie zawodowe jest istotnym elementem budowania konkurencyjnej gospodarki. Interakcje, jakie zachodzą pomiędzy trzema graczami: szkołami zawodowymi, przedsiębiorstwami oraz młodzieżą pokazują jak bardzo są oni wzajemnie od siebie zależni. Pierwsza część artykułu przedstawia aktualną sytuację szkolnictwa zawodowego oraz przykłady przedsiębiorstw, które napotykają problemy bezpośrednio związane z likwidacją szkół zawodowych. W drugiej części autor prezentuje możliwości wyboru drogi zawodowej przez młodzież i trudności związane z rynkiem pracy i wysoką stopą bezrobocia, jakie napotyka wchodząc w dorosłe życie. Trzecia część to prezentacja dobrych praktyk współpracy szkół zawodowych i przedsiębiorstw, których możemy zaobserwować coraz więcej.
