Abstract
The tablet covered in this study is from the archives of Uṣur-ša-İštar, one of the well-known merchants of the Assyrian Trade Colonies, and it belongs to a smuggling merchant. In the tablet, recorded by Usānum, a person who works for Uṣur-ša-İštar, a smuggler was mentioned. It is told that it was required to take precautions urgently and to be imprisoned if necessary.
