Abstract
The author of this scientific and legal paper presented and considered those present international labor law subject-matter, regulative norms which establish ILO`s key principles, basic purposes and tasks on protect- ing working woman`s right to be a mother, to get child home care allowance and to have her job preserved. Key words: labor relations, working woman, pregnancy, childbirth, motherhood, child, mother, decree leave, child home care allowance, preservation of the job, further employment.
