LABOUR MIGRATION AND ITS IMPACT ON THE DEMOGRAPHIC POTENTIAL OF UKRAINE.

Abstract
Based on the analysis of scientific economic literature, the causes and peculiarities of the destabilization of migration processes in Ukraine are revealed. Labour migration is characterized, which can be interpreted as a factor hampering the demographic development of the country. An analysis of interstate migration during the years of state independence of Ukraine was carried out. The demographic consequences of labour migration for the countries of departure of labour migrants are identified.
