LC-MS及CE-MS技术在中药分析中的应用

Abstract

随着中国传统医药体系的现代化和国际化,现代化学和医学工作者面临越来越多的机遇和挑战。由于中药在成分和药理上的复杂性,其成分确定和代谢研究需要分离能力和结构鉴定能力兼具的分析工具。而液相色谱-质谱联用技术(LC-MS)和毛细管电泳-质谱联用技术(CE-MS)的成熟与发展成为解决这一问题的强有力的工具。综述了最近LC-MS及CE-MS技术在中药化学成分分析、中药质量控制、中药代谢研究、中药药代动力学研究以及中药制剂工艺等方面的应用进展,并分析了其存在的问题及应用前景。
