LEGAL AID PROTECTION OF NATIONAL POLICE DEPARTMENTS FOR VIOLENT CRIMES AGAINST THE LIFE AND HEALTH OF A PERSON PERFORMED BY STUDENTS AT HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

Abstract
The question of concept of the legal providing of subdivisions of the National police of Ukraine is considered in prevention of crimes of violence against life and health of person, that accomplished by the students of universities. Separate legal acts that influence and prevention of crime of violence are described. Adding is offered to the separate legislative acts with the purpose of improvement of preventive activity of violent criminality against life and health of person.
