Legal and Fiqh reason for termination of marriage

Abstract
Today, there are several social and cultural damages that threat human life. One of them is factors that effects on the couple life and leads to Divorce so deception in marriage or some physical and mental defects. Law and Fiqh of Iran determined the cases of divorce clearly. Divorce leads from special rules that are not similar to other type of breach of contract. In the contract of marriage, sides of contract have not a right of breach. This rule is to protecting family life. This study attempts to survey the condition of divorce in law of Iran and Fiqh.
