LEGAL ASPECTS OF GENDER: MODERN POSITION

Abstract
The article is sanctified to research of the legal adjusting of gender questions in Ukraine. Blanks are certain in a national gender legislation taking into account existent international norms. Realization of rights for women is indicated on problems on principle of gender equality and the ways of decision of the indicated problems are offered.
