Abstract
The article examines a legal component of the mechanism of public administration in the area of biological security. Its essence and role in the mechanism of public administration in the area of biological security have been determined. In the article have been analyzed and determined the present state and ways of improving the legal component of the mechanism of public administration in the area of biological security.
