LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF FAILINGS IN REALIZATION OF MUNICIPALLY LEGAL APPROVALS

Abstract
In the article an order of realization municipally legal approvals, certain in the municipal legislation of Ukraine was analyzed. Found out blanks and collisions of current municipal legislation of Ukraine, which hinder them to practical realization. On the basis of the conducted analysis of realization municipally legal approvals the ways of their perfection which will give possibility to provide the proper guard and defense all municipally legal relations are offered.
