LEGAL EXPERTISE OF NORMATIVE AND LEGAL ACTS OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT ADMINISTRATIONS

Abstract
The article examines the procedure for legal expertise of normative legal acts of local state administrations. In particular, the types of legal expertise are distinguished. The examination of the internal legal expertise conducted by the legal departments (departments) of local state administrations. Foreign legal expertise carried out by the Main Territorial Divisions of Justice of the relevant areas. The general definition of legal expertise of normative legal acts of local state administrations is given.
