Legal grounds and consequences of termination of non-contractual representation

Abstract
The article examines the grounds and consequences of the termination of non-contractual representation relations. Analyzes the grounds for termination relating to the occurrence of certain events and the resulting decision of jurisdictional authority. Represented the conclusion on the classification of the legal consequences of the termination of a non-contractual representation as general and special.
