LEGAL INFORMATION IN THE COMMERCIAL PROCEEDINGS

Abstract
The article reviews the existing approaches to the problem of determining legal information. On the basis of their generalization, taking into account the essence of the commercial procedural sphere, the author’s vision of this issue is granted. Fundamental importance is attached to the consideration of legal information through law-making and law enforcement characteristics.
