LEGAL NATURE OF SELF-REGULATORY PROFESSION ORGANIZATIONS: CONCEPT, SIGNS AND TYPES

Abstract
The meaning of self-regulatory profession organizations and their types are clarified in the article. The definition of the meaning of the organizations of self-regulated professions and their affiliation to the authority is given. The necessity of the functioning of the organizations of self-regulated professions in Ukraine is proved. Established types of self-regulatory profession organizations, which operate in the public sphere.
