Legal policy of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of non-proliferation of weapons of mass

Abstract
The article deals with actual problems of the legal policy of the Kyrgyz Republic in the sphere of implementation of international legal acts that prohibit the production and use of weapons of mass destruction. The new material on the topic under study is generalized, special attention is paid to the problems of implementation in the national legislation of international treaties in the field of prohibition and non-proliferation of weapons of mass destruction. Based on the analysis of internal regulations, the conclusion was drawn that the Kyrgyz Republic has realized its international obligations.
