LEGAL REGIME OF PUBLIC PROPERTY

Abstract
The content of the category “legal regime” is investigated in the article; multidimensionality of its interpretation is defined. It was established that the central element in the structure of the legal regime of public property is a set of rules of conduct of the participants in administrative and legal relations regarding such property. It is proved that the emergence of legal regimes of public property is associated with separate grounds: 1) the creation of such property for the first time (the publication of legal acts that certify the formation of property); 2) the transfer of property to public ownership of private property (acquisition of property; inclusion in the objects of communal property of the property; redemption and compulsory alienation of land plots and other objects of real estate for public needs; etc.).
