Legal regulation of commercial concession agreements in Civil and Commercial codes of Ukraine: comparative legal analysis

Abstract
The research paper is devoted to comparative legal analysis of the provisions of the Civil and Economic Codes of Ukraine, which regulates the agreement of commercial concession. The detailed comparison of respective provisions was made, furthermore their common and different features were defined. Also, eliminating duplication from Ukrainian law by removing rules governing agreement of commercial concession from Commercial Code of Ukraine, was a necessity. It is determined that the proposed steps do not contradict European lawmaking standards.
