Procedural guidance of the public prosecutor in carrying out investigative (search) actions in relation to crimes connected with unlawful gain.

Abstract
The article reveals separate issues of the implementation of procedural guidance during conducting investigation (search) actions on crimes related to unlawful gain. An analysis of the main powers of the procedural supervisor during conducting investigation (search) actions during the investigation of the acceptance of a proposal, promise or obtaining an unlawful benefit by an official. It is noted that the conduct of investigative (search) activities depends on the situation at the time of the beginning of the investigation of the crime (favorable and unfavorable situation).
