LEGAL REGULATION OF DISCIPLINARY PROCEEDINGS IN THE SECURITY SERVICE OF UKRAINE

Abstract
Based on the analysis of scientific literature and the norms of the national legislation, the article reveals some specific features regarding the legal regulation of disciplinary responsibility of the Security Service of Ukraine servicemen. Analysis of approaches to the disciplinary proceedings sets as seen by different scholars is conducted. Recommendations for improvement of current legislation are put forward.
