LEGAL REGULATION OF INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS OF UKRAINE AND WTO

Abstract
The article presents various approaches to understanding the essence of the legal nature of the WTO. The theoretical issues of the contractual legal capacity are examined, the main characteristics of the organization are revealed. It is established that the WTO has all the features of a universal international organization. It was conductes a retrospective analysis of relations between Ukraine and the WTO.
