Legal Regulation of the Activities of the State Architectural and Construction Inspection in Ukraine

Abstract
The article investigates the legal regulation of the State Architectural and Construction Inspection of Ukraine as the ongoing state regulation, development, protection of public relations through the use of normative legal means to implement state architectural and construction control and supervision. Grounded view of the legal regulation of activity as a constant dynamic process caused by changes, the emergence of new social relations in the construction industry in general and in the control and inspection activities, in particular.
