Abstract
The article deals with legal responsibility in the field of legal regulation of protection of atmospheric air, ozone layer, climate in the light of the general theory of legal responsibility. The comparative legal characteristic of regulation of questions of legal responsibility in the sphere of legal regulation of protection of atmospheric air, ozone layer, climate according to the legislation of Ukraine and EU law is given.
