LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY IN THE SPHERE OF THE LAW PROTECTION OF WATER

Abstract
The article deals with legal responsibility in the field of legal regulation of protection of water in the light of the general theory of legal responsibility. The main stages of development of the national legislation in this sphere are given. The main prospects of its subsequent development are analyzed.
