Abstract
Depending on the crime nature and its consequences, crimes were divided into crimes against health, property and personal security in the Grand Duchy of Lithuania. Collective responsibility was widely used for the state, feudal and religious crimes in the Grand Duchy of Lithuania. Only a man was recognized as a perpetrator.
