Abstract
The scientific article is devoted to the study of the question of the legal status of the farm as one of the types of nutrition and legal regulation of the activity of the individual peasant economy, including the provision of the characteristics of the farm as a form of entrepreneurial activity of citizens with the creation of a legal entity, and a personal peasant economy as an economic activity without creation of a legal entity.
