LEGAL STATUTES IN RELATION TO PARTICIPATION OF THE THIRD PERSONS AT GRANT OF CONSENT TO SETTLEMENT OF A LEGAL TRANSACTION

Abstract
The article is sanctified to the analysis of legal relationships, that is folded in connection with a grant in cases that is statutory or by an agreement, consent to the settlement of a legal transaction for the purpose participating in such legal relationships of the third persons. The special attention is sanctified to research of legal nature of consent in a civil law and lawconsequences of her feasance. Taking into account that consent as unilateral legal contract, is one of legal facts of legal composition, the origin of corresponding civil legal relationships that, drawn conclusion, that a person, that such consent in cases that is envisaged by an agreement or law given, answers all signs of other person, but not third. At the same time the participants of civil relations (a century 2 ЦК of Ukraine), such consent is given that, in case of origin of civil legal relationship can purchase status of the third person, if such legal relationship in force of the specific can belong to one of forms of participation of the third persons in obligation legal relationships.
