Legal terminology: synonymy and antonymy (on the material of Ukrainian terminology)

Abstract
The article deals with synonymic and antonymic relations of legal terms in Ukrainian legal terminological system. The author researches the reasons for the appearance of synonyms and antonyms in legal terminological system. It is emphasized that the development of synonymous relations is conditioned by the internationalization of terminology. The antonymy is widely represented by binary oppositions with «не-».
