Legal Work of the Doctor at the Stage of Primary Health Care

Abstract
The article deals with the main problems of medical care providing in primary health care, as well as the settlement of legal relations arising in the work of the doctor, and the need for systematization of legal acts which govern the provision of health services and the performance of professional duties.
