Legislative and normative definition of tasks and contingent spinning, restraints and workers houses: a comparative analysis (on materials of the Complete Collection of Laws of the Russian Empire)

Abstract
The article explores the process of formation and development of the legislative framework in the definition of objectives and the terms «clients» spinning, restraints and workers houses on the basis of the analysis of the documents posted on the pages of the Complete Collection of Laws of the Russian Empire.
