LEGISLATIVE REGULATION AND MANAGEMENT OF QUALITY OF THE TRANSPORT SYSTEM OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The issue of the development of the transport system of Ukraine in the context of its transformation in the realization of the requirements of the Association Agreement on Association between Ukraine and the European Union, the European Atomic Energy Community and their member states has been researched. A set of tasks to be addressed by the transport sector for implementing the transport strategy for the period up to 2020 is outlined. In particular, problems of water transport and ways of their solution are investigated. The use of a systematic approach to the management of the quality of transport services, in particular, and the quality of the transport system as a whole, is proposed, and the principles on which the system approach to quality management is based are formulated.
