Legislative supporting of decentralization of local self-government in Ukraine (theoretical and legal aspect)

Abstract
The contemporary state of the normative-legal supporting of reforming local self-government in Ukraine under decentralization of power is analyzed. It is concluded that legislative provision of decentralization of local self- government corresponds to the European requirements and creates a solid foundation for the practical stage of the reform. The list of issues that requires further legal regulation is discussed.
