Limitations and conditions of implementations and usage of managerial control systems in companies of Łódź voivodeship

Abstract
Article relates to implementation and usage of managerial controls systems. Hypothesis tells that effectiveness and of managerial control systems based on quality if system implementation, appropriate selection of tools and key indicators, as well as proper communication and deployment to employees and managers of company. First part describing scope of interest, theoretical basis of theory of business management, in particular of managerial concept and economic theory of agency and managerial control system whit its tools: business balance scorecard and budgeting. Second part presenting a case study of company in details describing a business balance scorecard tools at all level of this organization and showing relation with strategic documents of the Company. Summary presenting partial verification of hypothesis in scope of research done. In order to perform full verification of hypothesis it will be per-formed additionally a case study of one more company - survey research and interviews.
