LINGUODIDACTIC AND ETHNOLOGIC COMPONENT OF TRAINING FUTURE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEACHERS IN MOUNTAINOUS SCHOOL

Abstract

In the article, training of primary school teachers to work in a mountain school, namely linguodidactic and ethnologic component, is highlighted. The author examines the content of ethnopedagogy, ethnology contained in folk pedagogy and is the foundation of education and training. As a result of study, students must master practical skills of the main sources of local history knowledge; learn to record the results of observations of local history in a form suitable for their subsequent use in the educational process as learning tools; be adapted to the profession in terms of the mountainous region. Education of future citizens depends on how educators can influence the development of the child’s feelings, reveal the world of the life around to children and develop their imagination. The people’s customs, traditions and ceremonies are important components of the system of primary school teachers training. In the workshops, students have an opportunity to conduct mini-researches, to find out and analyse certain terms, concepts, to arrange mini-dictionaries of ethnologic vocabulary for students of primary school age. Also, students should study and clarify the content of concepts such as ethnology, folk pedagogy; master the words with ethnologic content, indicating the names of objects, traditional dress, food, words-symbols of Ukrainian people and national speech etiquette words. Readiness for effective professional activity in ethno-cultural educational space of the Carpathian region is an important prerequisite for professional teacher education, which requires focused training of students to educational support and formation of the subjective position of ethnic culture media, development of the necessity of interaction with him in the pedagogical space of ethnos.
