THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION AND MODERN PECULIARITIES OF ITS MONITORING

Abstract
The authors point out that the problem of monitoring the quality of education is mentioned as one of the key ones in the leading countries and emphasize that successful monitoring of the quality of university education must be taken into account in the educational space. The article presents a modern interpretation of the essence of monitoring the quality of university education, social and cultural determinants as universal factors that promote integration of certain realities of social actuality in the public framework or environment are defined. Attention is paid to the fact that providing quality of higher education allows for systematic approach to providing quality in educational activities. It was examined that the quality of education is determined primarily by the availability of full and reliable information on the organization and conducting educational process, mechanisms to ensure quality and control.
