The preparation of future economists to professional activity in the conditions of mountain region of Ukraine

Abstract
The phenomenon of «readiness» which is considered as an active-active state of the person, the direction for certain behavior, mobilization of forces for the task fulfillment is considered. The author notes that the core of the phenomenon of preparedness is psychological and practical readiness: psychological is the basis and stable platform of activity and practical or professional readiness is readiness for application of knowledge and abilities. It is specified that domestic scientists considered this concept in two aspects: readiness as a psychological state (temporal, situational readiness) and as a personality characteristic (stable, long-term readiness). Instead, the notion of «professional readiness» is regarded as a category of the theory of activity (state) and is understood, on the one hand, as the result of the training process, on the other hand, a guideline for something. The author emphasizes that the personal component of readiness for professional activity can be considered as an internal psychological mechanism of regulation of professional suitability of a person. Ready to understand the personality characteristic, fitness for activity, expressed in the active positive attitude of the person to her, the tendency to engage in it, the mobilization of forces for the performed professional duties and responsibilities. The theoretical substantiation of the concept of «forming a specialist's readiness» is made. The component composition of professional competence of specialists in the field of economy is specified. The author reveals the concept and gives a description of this phenomenon, its significance for the professional activity of economists. He makes a generalization about the phenomenon of person's readiness for professional activity: first, it is a systemic, integrative phenomenon that is formed by a future specialist during professional training in a higher educational institution; and secondly, the readiness of a person for professional activity consists of certain components; and thirdly, the criterion of person's readiness for professional activity is the awareness of all of its components, as well as the purposeful development of them. The survey showed that not all students are aware of the importance of raising their own professional level, knowledge of information and communication technologies, and their impact on the field of economic activity. The author notes that the readiness of future specialists in economic specialties, especially in the mountainous region, serves as the basis for professional training, defines professionalism, makes it possible to realize itself in the concrete activity, and promotes self-improvement, self-development of a specialist. The prospects of further researches in this direction are determined.
