THE FEATURES OF EMPATHY DEVELOPMENT OF THE FUTURE SOCIAL TEACHERS

Abstract
In the article was disclosed study the features of development and levels of formation of empathy abilities in the students. To understand the internal world of human, her difficulties and personal problems, respond to her feelings scilicet to understand the condition of client and his social experience are depending from level of formation and development of skills in social teacher. The effectiveness of professional activity in social teacher largely depends on the features of emotional and sensual spheres. The aim of the study was illumination of the real state of formation and features of empathy abilities in the students. By results of researches it was established that students have the average level of development some components of empathy regardless of course of study. Most of the students have had diminished and average level of development empathy abilities. It have been confirmed by statistical methods that students of different course of study had significant differences for the individual components (the channels) of empathy (except the rational). But at the level of common indicators of development of empathy abilities this differences were smoothed and acquired the random nature. Methodological principles of research is theory of unity activity and communication during the process of formation personality; theory of learning and education as familiarization and transmission socio-cultural experience. The author of article makes conclusions that condition of development of empathy abilities in the students would not allow them carry out effectively professional activities of social teacher. Increasing the level of development of empathy abilities in the students can be achieved by accenting more attention on the development in students is identification in empathy, because development of this channel of empathy provides development of other components. The most productive period for this is third course of professional training because at this time a level of motivation in students to development empathy abilities is achieved optimal.
