Lobbing na rzecz strategii Unii Europejskiej dla regionu Morza Bałtyckiego (SUE RMB)

Abstract
The following paper is dedicated to the European Union Strategy for Baltic Sea Region approved in October 2009 by European Council, which is the first macroregion strategy developed and implemented by the EU. Its goal is tightening of cooperation in the region, making use of opportunities after EU enlargement in 2004 and promoting the new way of regional cooperation. The development of this strategy was an effect of a complex lobbying campaign.
