Abstract
Nowadays migration has been regarded as one of the most fundamental value of cultural and civilizational life. It is perceived as a „power” generating social and economic development, political aspirations, „school” of behavior, tolerance, spirit of enterprise and criticism. Simultaneously it is said that migrations should not be a vigorous phenomenon.
